American bodybuilder Julian Smith has earned the support of fans from across the world thanks to his incredible quads – earning himself the nickname ‘The Quad Guy’.
Julian Smith recently shared videos of his intense leg training sessions, which has contributed to his huge muscle gains in his quads over the years.
Can he compete with the likes of Kai Greene? Hell no. But for a guy who doesn’t compete professionally, he’s pretty shredded brah.
He’s an old school bodybuilder through and through – adopting training methods that were used by the pros back in the ‘golden era’, and the results are clear for everyone to see.
You often hear about many people skipping leg day, well Julian is one bro who isn’t guilty.
Who is Julian Smith?
Julian is one shredded motherf*cker now. But before he became a bodybuilder, he enjoyed participating in sports such as American football, alongside track and field running.
After he realized that he needed to build size to improve his performance on the playing field, he turned to the weights room to begin his bodybuilding journey.
A few years down the line, Julian soon built an incredible physique – becoming well known for his huge leg muscles.
As well as this, he’s gained a mass of online fans, earned himself sponsorship with well known fitness companies across the world, in addition to competing within the NPC.
Julian Smith’s Leg Exercises
Julian’s overall physique is pretty impressive, at least we think so! But his best asset is undoubtedly his huge quads.
Julian likes to perform all of his exercises slowly, with a full range of motion, performing reps to failure when performing bodyweight exercises. In turn, this results in optimal muscle gains.
